Abusha Technology Limited is a Kenyan-owned, women-led, multi-disciplinary ICT supply and technology-services company. Since 2021 we have grown from an ICT equipment supplier into a four-division business whose newest division answers what clients kept asking for after the hardware was delivered: someone to keep the servers patched, the mail platform current, the network hardened and the data backed up.
We were founded in 2021 to close a persistent gap in the Kenyan public and corporate supply market: buyers needed a single, accountable partner who could source genuine equipment, deliver it on schedule, install it correctly and stand behind it afterwards. We built the company around that promise, and it still governs how we quote, deliver and report on every contract we win.
Today our Server & Cybersecurity Unit leads the business — Linux and Zimbra engineers, security analysts and certified ICT technicians who patch, test, harden, monitor and recover the systems that county governments, agencies, institutions and corporates depend on.
Fully registered and tax compliant, with an AGPO certificate under the Women category and an active eGP supplier registration — ready for restricted, reserved and open tenders.
Authorised distributors, manufacturer warranties and serial-number records. Every server and network we hand over is patched, hardened and documented before sign-off.
Dedicated logistics to any county, signed delivery notes, inspection and acceptance support, installation and commissioning where required.
Service level agreements, preventive maintenance and patching schedules, vulnerability re-testing, spares availability and responsive remote and on-site support.
To be the company public institutions and corporates call first when equipment must arrive complete, on time and fit for purpose — and when systems must stay secure and available.
Quality computers, servers, electronics and office supplies that improve service delivery for our clients — with transparent pricing, verified quality, hardened systems and dependable after-sales support.
We quote honestly, declare what we can deliver, and honour every contractual commitment.
Genuine, warranted products and workmanship that passes independent inspection.
Agreed delivery dates and maintenance windows are treated as contractual obligations, not estimates.
Named contract manager, documented handover and traceable records on every job.
Least privilege, patched systems, tested backups and confidentiality of every client's data by default.
Long-term client relationships built on responsiveness, continuous improvement and fair value.
Four divisions under one contract manager: fewer suppliers to administer, consolidated invoicing and a single point of accountability.
Incorporation, KRA TCC, AGPO, eGP and statutory records are current and packaged for immediate submission with any bid.
Every server, mail platform and network device is patched, hardened, backed up and scanned before handover — then kept that way under SLA.
Certified ICT technicians, Linux and Zimbra engineers, security analysts and electronics installers, supported by vetted subcontractors.
Sourced through authorised channels with serial-number traceability, manufacturer warranty and documented acceptance.
Itemised quotations with no hidden costs, fixed schedules for framework contracts and clear day-rates for professional services.
Defined response and resolution times, preventive maintenance and patch schedules, spares and 24×7 monitoring options.
A women-led, Kenyan-owned enterprise creating local employment and supporting youth and women in the supply chain.
Our work is concentrated in the public and institutional sector, where documentation, inspection and accountability standards are highest.
Multi-server Zimbra upgrades and migrations (LDAP, proxy/MTA, mailbox and archive tiers), Ubuntu release upgrades and legacy decommissioning for ISPs, hosting providers and corporate mail estates.
Monthly patching, vulnerability scanning, hardening and backup verification for organisations that need audit-ready evidence of a maintained, secure estate.
Supply of computers, ICT accessories and general office supplies to county departments, including delivery to multiple sub-county offices.
Supply of office equipment, computers and electronics to county departments and sub-county offices.
Supply of ICT equipment, printing consumables and office supplies supporting curriculum and administrative operations.
Framework and call-off supplies, computer laboratories and networking, CCTV and access control, solar and backup power, and ongoing ICT maintenance contracts.
Signed delivery notes, completion certificates, LPOs, migration sign-off reports and client reference letters are available on request. Security reports are shared only with the client's written consent.
We maintain every statutory registration required to bid for and execute public and private sector contracts in Kenya. Copies of all certificates are attached to every tender submission.
